Patient presented with failing teeth because of gum disease and multiple cavities. The remaining teeth were removed starting with the uppers. A temporary denture was fabricated for the patient to wear immediately. When the lowers were extracted we also placed 4 dental implants. Once extractions & implants healed new dentures were fabricated with the lower denture that "snaps" into the implants to help with retention and function.
